Class Price:	$89.00

This course is for licensed or nonlicensed healthcare pro viders and covers pre-hospital skills for first responders.  The course can be completed in 3- 3.5 hours depending on the number of students present. The BLS course covers the following:

• Adult and Pediatric CPR
• Foreign body airway obstruction in conscious and unconscious patients
• Two-rescuer scenarios with the use of a barrier protection (pocket mask) and a bag valve mask ventilation (BVM)
• Use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Students will receive the BLS for Healthcare Providers course completion card good for 2 years. 

HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUSIONS: Our courses are conducted by an AHA instructor and measures are taken to help reduce health risk. Wearing a face mask during class is optional.

1.    Once the payment is made,  course confirmation and instructions for the course are emailed.

2.    The course materials and equipment are provided.  Dress comfortably for the hands-on skills test.  

3.     Student manuals are available in print/ebook format at www.shopcpr.heart.org/product-type.

4.     After students complete the course an American Heart BLS CPR eCard is emailed within 24-36  hours.
